How to Submit a Conduct Referral in Aspen

The short video clip below explains the process for filling out a conduct referral in the West Warwick Public Schools. The first form available to staff is the WWPS Conduct Referral form. This form should be completed by staff members and should only contain factual, evidenced-based statements.

If the student involved in the conduct referral was involved in a restraint the supervisory assistant, building level administrator or dean must post the conduct action before the staff member involved in the restraint can continue to complete the restraint form within the conduct incident. That process will be explained later in this blog.

How to Post a Conduct Incident and Begin the Bullying Workflow in Aspen

The short video clip below explains the process for posting a conduct incident and beginning the Bullying Workflow in the West Warwick Public Schools. This process will begin a new Bullying Referral and the conduct incident will not be posted in the Conduct History table until the Bullying Workflow is completed. This process by WWPS policy must be completed within 30 days. The short video clip explains the process for starting the Bullying Workflow from the conduct referral.
